Shipping Time

We are dependent on our 3rd party shipping carriers and can guarantee shipments will arrive within 14 days of purchase. Standard shipping is 4-7 business days. Most orders will ship within 72 hours on average. Carrier, weather and other transit delays might alter shipping times. You will receive a notification once your product ships. 

Orders Lost In Transit

Please send a request to info@jooliescloset.shop if you suspect your order was lost in transit. The fastest way to resolve a lost in transit request is to contact the carrier directly through email, call or via website. We will review your request and do our best to make it right.
